Website building process
Building this website was a major challenge. I went through several drafts and designs in Adobe Photoshop, basically trying to recreate and modify already existing websites.
Eventually, I decided to abandon stressing over the design and just focus on mastering the technical skills, especially of converting Photoshop images to html. This proved to be quite a challenge as well.
I then resorted to some online tutorials, and succeeded in building a four page website based mainly on html coding. This included a home page, with links for my portfolio work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and a few examples of photography. I also added a page that could be used to contact me.
The next challenge was to upload the site to Weebly. I soon realized that in the absence of CSS the site would not display. I went back to the trusty tutorials and added some CSS to my site and tried uploading again.
Still no luck. I also built a website from scratch in Dreamweaver and uploaded it using FTP.
